My name is Lina Amitrano.  I created Mosaic Mindset with the aim
of combining leadership development with intercultural and diversity management training. Leadership success is rarely attainable without intercultural competence, yet most management programmes and personality psychometric tools do not tackle the cultural dimensions.

 

We accept that it is desirable to have a high IQ and EQ, but in our increasingly global and diverse environment, possessing CQ or Cultural Intelligence is beneficial and pays dividends.

Management is complex and can be overwhelming, even thankless.
I have worked with ineffective managers and colleagues; I have been ineffective myself. I have also worked with exceptional and inspiring individuals, who showed creativity and courage.

I offer guidance to individuals and teams seeking to boost their
communication, management and leadership skills, as well as their understanding of the impact that today's complex environment and culture have in the workplace.

 

My focus is to help you maximise your strengths, minimise your blindspots and help bring out the best in you.
